Weekdays $225 a night, plus cleaning fee as applicable
Weekends $250 a night, plus cleaning fee as applicable

September - December
Weekdays $200 a night, plus cleaning fee as applicable
Weekends $225 a night, plus cleaning fee as applicable

Cleaning Fee (One Time)
$80 for beach units and $70 for all other units plus tax of 10.78%

Holidays
$375 a night, plus a one time cleaning fee of $95.00
All holiday weekends have a three night minimum.

The condos are two bedroom, two bath, fully furnished.
